Conditions of sale
We must be provided with contact details when you book in order to get in touch if there is any change of plan.
For safety, every person in the auditorium must have a ticket — even children who have a Kids Go Free ticket and/or who are sitting on an adult’s lap.
Please check all of the details on your tickets; we can’t always make changes later.
Please keep your tickets in a safe place; we can’t always replace them.
If you are entitled to a concession we may ask for proof of identity, so bring this with you.
Prices sometimes change from those published. We will let you know when you book.
If seating plans change we will contact you and accommodate your requests where possible.
If you arrive late we will let you into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance.
If you need a wheelchair space or have special requirements, please let us know when you book.
We do not offer refunds. Tickets for one off events are not exchangeable. Ticket exchanges may be possible within a run of a show for a small fee.
In the event of a cancelled performance, the face value of the tickets will be refunded (we must have the original tickets to do so). Card payments will be refunded to the original card. Cash payments will be refunded by cheque.
Security
You assume full responsibility for the protection of your computer system including computer hardware, software, and stored data on your computer system including that of third parties who may access or be otherwise connected to your computer system. By logging on you will assume the responsibility of ensuring that programmes or other data downloaded or otherwise received from this website are free from viruses or other items of a destructive nature. Any damage to your computer, software, or data by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via our site will be your own responsibility.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that data transmitted electronically to us via the site or otherwise and stored by us is not accessed by unauthorised third parties. We do this in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
